In Thelpousa in Arkadia Demeter had the title Erinys (the Wrathful One). She also had the title Lousia (of Washing. The Thelpousan cult was closely related to that at Phigaleia, also in Arkadia, where Demeter was known as Demeter Melaina (Black Demeter). In my comic I have made these two cults into one.
